IT infrastructure for global capability centres
India sites built to your global standards, supported locally. Setting up or expanding a global capability centre or multinational office in India? We design, build and support the complete IT infrastructure, from cabling and WiFi to network security, server rooms and data centres, with engineers in Pune and Mumbai.
Overview
Your India office, built to headquarters standards.
When a global company opens or expands a capability centre in India, the IT has to match headquarters from the first day: the same approved hardware, the same security baseline, the same documentation, and a local team that answers while the US or Europe is at work.
Omnisys designs, builds and supports the complete IT infrastructure for global capability centres (GCCs) and multinational offices: structured cabling, enterprise WiFi, network and security, server rooms and data centres, access control and CCTV, with AMC support afterwards. Our Pune and Mumbai offices are in two of India's major GCC hubs.

How we deliver it
- 01
Standards and design review
We start from your global standards (approved vendors and models, naming, VLAN and IP schemes, security baselines) and turn them into a local design your global IT team can review and sign off.
- 02
Fit-out coordination
We work alongside your interior, electrical and facilities contractors, so cabling, rack rooms, power and cooling are ready on the construction schedule, not after it.
- 03
Build, test and document
Network, WiFi, security, server room and physical security installed and tested, with as-built documentation in the format your team expects.
- 04
Go-live and ongoing support
Engineers on site for day one, then an AMC with on-site response SLAs and a 24/7 support window for teams working global hours.
Buyer's checklist
What to check when choosing an IT partner in India
- Can they build to your corporate standards and approved vendor list, not only their preferred brands?
- Do they have engineers in the city where your office is, for on-site response?
- Is hardware supplied through authorized channels, with a warranty valid in India and GST invoices?
- Will documentation be handed over in a form your global team can maintain?
- Is support available during your headquarters' working hours?

FAQs
Global Capability Centres: common questions
Can you build to our global IT standards and approved vendor list?
Yes. We build to your corporate standards: approved brands and models, naming conventions, VLAN and IP schemes, security baselines and documentation templates, and we work with your global network and security teams on design reviews and change approvals.
Which brands do you work with?
We deploy and supply Cisco, HPE, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Fortinet, APC by Schneider Electric and CommScope, among others, through authorized channels in India. If your standard is a brand we don't list, ask us and we will confirm availability and support before quoting.
Can you support teams that work US or European hours?
Yes. Our Enterprise AMC includes a 24/7 support window with a 4-hour on-site response, so issues raised during your headquarters' working day are handled by engineers on the ground in India.
Can you build a server room or data centre for our India campus?
Yes. We design and build server rooms and data centres end to end, including recent ₹3 crore and ₹2.5 crore data centre projects in Mumbai and Pune.
Which cities do you cover?
We have offices in Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur and Ichalkaranji in Maharashtra, with engineers based locally for on-site work across those regions.
How do we engage with you from overseas?
Most global teams start with a call or email from headquarters, followed by a site survey in India. Contracts and GST-compliant invoices are usually raised to your Indian entity against a purchase order.
