Door and zone survey
Which doors need control, who needs access to each one, and how people must be able to exit in an emergency.

Hardware selection
Card, PIN, fingerprint or face readers, with electromagnetic locks or strikes suited to each door, plus exit buttons and break-glass units.

Installation and integration
Controllers, battery-backed power supplies and cabling installed neatly, linked to the fire alarm so doors release in an emergency, and to CCTV or attendance where needed.

Permissions and handover
Groups, time schedules and reports configured, with training for whoever will add and remove users.

Access Control: common questions
Card, fingerprint or face recognition: which is best?
Cards are fast and inexpensive but can be shared. Fingerprints tie access to a person but struggle with worn or dusty fingers on shop floors. Face recognition is touchless and works well for busy doors. Many sites combine them, for example a card plus a PIN for the server room.
What happens to the doors in a fire or a power cut?
Exit doors are wired to release on a fire alarm signal and normally fail safe, so people can always get out. Controllers have battery backup, so the system keeps running and recording through a power cut.
Can one system manage several offices?
Yes. Networked controllers at each site report to one management console, so permissions and reports for every location are handled centrally.
