Most IT failures give warning: a fan clogged with dust, a UPS battery near the end of its life, a disk reporting errors, a backup that quietly stopped running. Preventive maintenance finds them on a scheduled visit instead of during your busiest week.
We carry out planned health checks on networks, servers, CCTV, UPS and end-user devices, and report what we found, what we fixed and what needs a decision.

A written checklist for each type of equipment, agreed with you before the first visit.

Scheduled visits
Visits planned in advance, at a frequency that fits how critical the equipment is, from twice a year to monthly.

Clean, test, update
Physical cleaning, firmware and patch updates, UPS battery and power-quality checks, and verification that backups and configuration copies are current.

Visit report
A documented report after every visit, listing findings, actions taken and recommendations in order of priority.

Preventive Maintenance: common questions
How often should preventive maintenance be done?
It depends on the environment and how critical the equipment is. Clean offices are often fine with two to four visits a year; dusty plants and business-critical server rooms benefit from monthly checks.
Is preventive maintenance included in your AMC?
Yes. Every AMC plan includes preventive maintenance visits, from two a year on the Essential plan to monthly on the Enterprise plan.
What is checked on a UPS?
Battery condition and age, runtime under load, input and output voltage, alarms in the event log and ventilation. Batteries are the most common cause of UPS failure, so they are tested at every visit.
