Overview
A server room is a system, not a room with racks in it.
Power, cooling, cabling, fire safety and monitoring have to be designed together, because a weakness in any one of them takes the others down. That is the difference between a server room that runs quietly for years and one that fails on the hottest day of the summer.
We design and fit out small and mid-size server rooms and data centres, coordinating the civil, electrical and cooling work so you deal with one team from drawing to handover.

How we deliver it

Room and load study
We assess the space, the IT load in kilowatts today and after growth, and the level of redundancy the business needs.

Power and cooling design
UPS, power distribution and precision cooling sized together, with standby capacity so maintenance or a failure does not mean downtime.
- 03
Fit-out
Racks, containment, cable trays, structured cabling, access control and environmental sensors installed, with fire detection and suppression coordinated.
- 04
Testing and documentation
Load and failover tests before go-live, then a complete as-built pack: layouts, single-line diagrams, rack elevations and test records.
Buyer's checklist
What to check before building a server room
- Is the room away from water lines, sun-facing external walls and basements that flood?
- Is the cooling separate from the comfort air conditioning, and does it run round the clock?
- Are power and data cables routed separately, under a raised floor or on overhead trays?
- Are fire detection, suppression and environmental monitoring included?
- Is access to the room controlled and recorded?

FAQs
Data Centre Build: common questions
Do we need a raised floor?
Not always. Small server rooms often work well with overhead cable trays and in-row or wall-mounted precision cooling. Raised floors suit larger rooms where under-floor air distribution and cabling are worthwhile.
Can a normal split air conditioner cool a server room?
It can keep a very small room cool, but comfort units are not designed to run all day, every day, or to control humidity. For anything beyond a couple of racks we recommend precision cooling with a standby unit.
What does a server room or data centre cost?
It depends on the IT load, the redundancy you need and the condition of the room. Our projects range from single-rack server rooms to data centres of ₹2.5 to ₹3 crore, and we provide costed options after a site survey.
