Most IT infrastructure problems are planning problems: too few points, a server room with no cooling, a rack in the wrong place, conduits nobody left space for. Fixing them after the interiors are finished costs many times more than getting the plan right.
We survey the site, study what the business needs today and in five years, and produce a design and bill of quantities you can budget against, tender or build in phases.

When should IT planning start in a new office or building project?
At the design stage, alongside the electrical and interior drawings. Conduits, rack rooms, power and cooling are cheap to provide before construction and expensive to add afterwards.
Can you prepare a BOQ we can use for tendering?
Yes. We prepare a detailed BOQ with specifications and brand options, and can support the technical evaluation of the bids that come back.
Can you plan an upgrade for a facility that is already running?
Yes. We design the upgrade in phases and schedule the work in maintenance windows, so the existing network keeps running until each new section has been tested.
