Frequently asked questions
Do you handle everything, or do we need separate vendors?
Everything under IT hardware is in scope for one contract: planning, cabling, networking, servers, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, endpoints and ongoing maintenance. One team, one point of accountability.
Can you work in a live facility without disrupting operations?
Yes. Most of our projects are in running offices, plants and hospitals. We plan deployments in phases, work night/weekend windows where needed, and coordinate cutovers so operations continue.
Can you move our IT setup to a new office?
Yes. We audit and label your existing setup, prepare cabling and racks at the new site before move day, move servers and network equipment safely, and handle the cutover after hours or on a weekend to keep downtime to a minimum. You get updated documentation for the new office.
Is your hardware genuine and warrantied?
We procure only through authorized distribution channels. Every item carries the manufacturer's warranty, registered in your name, with GST-compliant invoicing.
What does your AMC actually cover?
A single annual contract can cover your network, CCTV, servers and endpoints, with a committed response SLA, scheduled preventive maintenance visits, and quarterly health reports. See our AMC plans for tiers.
What do we receive at project handover?
Every project is handed over with as-built network diagrams, labeled cabling schedules, test/certification reports and configuration backups, so your infrastructure is never a black box.
Do you take up government tenders and bulk supply?
Yes. We support tender and GeM procurement with compliant documentation, and regularly handle bulk hardware supply for institutions and enterprises.
